Turnover time: To ensure quality delivery, I will not accept any deadlines. A commission could take weeks or months depending on prior queue.

Queue / Slots: Not first come first serve, but based on my preference. I reserve rights to decline a request if slots are full / I don't feel up for the job.

References: Extra fees apply for unclear reference images or text, and for any character/prop design required.

Design work: Up to 3 free revision allowance.

Edit feedback: Work-in-progress images (WIPs) will be provided. Edits are to be requested at the WIP checkpoints, however a fee will be incurred if any large edits are caused by poor references / descriptions provided.

Model upgrades: Future upgrades of my own work are possible based on my availability. However, I will NOT do model upgrades/re-rigging of other party's works unless given clear and willing permission from said party. You must have purchased an undressed base for an upgrade.

Rig-only commissions: You must have your complete artwork and PSD files ready. I can make edits for rigging myself, provide instructions to your artist, or prepare layers from a flat PNG art (charges apply).

Artwork files provided: PNG and PSD with rig-ready layers.

Rigging files provided: Runtime files for face-tracking software. No cmos source file provided.

Procedure: Confirm details and price -> Receive your invoice -> Pay your deposit -> Provide feedback at WIP checkpoints -> Pay in full -> Receive your files.

Payment: Through PayPal in US Dollars ($). Local bank transfer may be possible in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) / Pound Sterling (£).

Prices: Only base prices are listed on the website; additional fees apply for complex designs, deadlines etc.

Split payment: Up for discussion, typically a non-refundable deposit due upfront (usually 50%) and the remaining due before receiving the final files.

Cancellation: I reserve the right to cancel a commission if payment has not been made within a reasonable period, or if I am unable to deliver. Partial refunds are available in these cases, as well as if you decide to withdraw the commission midway. The amount refunded depends on the progress made, subject to my full discretion. For example, if artwork is completed but no live2D rigging work has begun, the customer will pay full fees for only the artwork, and receive the relevant files. You may not request a refund for any reason at all once the final files have been provided.

Commercial use: Pricing is for individual commercial use as indirect promotional profit: you may not edit, sell, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use the work directly as profit. If you are a company or agency please contact me for more details, extra fees apply. Please ask for my permission before making edits, approval subject to my discretion.

You are not allowed to use my artwork for any activities related to NFTs and stable diffusion, also known as AI-generated images.

Posting: I reserve all rights to post the work on public sites. Inform me if you do not want WIPs, artworks and/or speedpaints posted on my social media platforms before a certain date.
